Do you ship internationally?

I'm currently shipping to all countries recognized by the European Union

How much does shipping cost? 

Domestic (Germany) orders:
- untracked free shipping
- tracked 1€

EU international orders:
- untracked 1€
- tracked 5€

Other international orders:
- untracked 2€
- tracked 6€

Can I track my shipping?

I send everything via letter mail since it's more eco-friendly. Normally they're untracked

The tracked shipping option is also available. Note, that it might take a little longer for me to send it, since I need to go to the post office for that

Can I make a tattoo with your art?

Yes, you can buy a tattoo ticket on my Ko-fi, which allows you to use one of my illustrations as a tattoo design

What's your return policy?

I generally do not accept any returns, cancellations, or exchanges, once an order has shipped.

However, if your package arrives damaged or items received don't match your order receipt, or you believe your order is missing, please contact me in the following form or via email dariakea.art@gmail.com and we'll figure it out.
