How did I come to becoming an artist?

I always used to enjoy drawing in my free time. I believed it was just a hobby and doubted I have enough talent to pursue life of a professional artist. As I navigated through a period of deep depression, I opted for an alternative educational path, feeling detached and disinterested.

Years later with a more positive mindset after undergoing therapy, I decided to give drawing another chance and worked as a graphic designer. Then I found my passion for illustration and started a blog.

Why mental health?

This topic is a huge part of my life

I struggled with undiagnosed severe depression for years, which profoundly influenced my perspective on the world. A period of intense anxiety prompted me to seek therapy. Through a combination of medication, psychotherapy and a shift in mindset I have made significant strides on my path to mental well-being

What is art for me?

Self-realization

Through my artwork, I am able to convey a wide range of emotions and capture the movement, and I find great joy in this process. It is a glimpse into how I perceive the world. Art is my passion, and I wholeheartedly engage in it because it brings me immense satisfaction and fulfillment

Aesthetic

Beauty is a deeply subjective experience. Personally, I discover it in the various forms and vibrant colors of nature, as well as in the complexities of human emotions and thoughts. Art is a glimpse into how I perceive the world and I want to share this beauty with others.

Dialog

Words often fall short in fully conveying our emotions, impressions and experience. Art becomes a powerful medium through which all these can be expressed.
